Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or shipped incorrectly.
To start a return, email support@axisrugged.com with your order number. We'll issue an RMA number and a return address.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. We cover return shipping on the original item.
Fitment guarantee
If an accessory does not fit the model it is listed for, we accept the return at any time within the warranty window — even if the packaging is opened — and refund or replace in full.
